No. Weekly service is month-to-month and you can pause or cancel anytime with two weeks' notice. We earn the next visit, every visit.
Mowing, edging along all hardscape, line-trimming around obstacles, and blowing of all hard surfaces. Bush trimming, hedge work, and seasonal pruning are available as add-ons but are not included by default.
Yes — fully insured for general liability and workers' comp. Documentation available on request before your first service. We're also licensed for fertilizer and weed-control applications in Texas.
Yes — we service homes inside all the major Cypress master-planned communities and know each HOA's landscape standards. We'll flag anything in your plan that might need ARC approval before we touch it.
If we can't mow safely or without rutting your yard, we push to the next dry day and text you the update. You're never billed for a visit we didn't do.
